Our school allows CFIs to maintain a high level of freedom in training and correspondence with their students. Our Instructors can maintain their own training methods with students and are only required to follow a simple training cirriculum during critical phases of learning. This light uniformity and consistency allows our students to attain equal results between flight instructors throughout their training.

To be a flight instructor with our school, all you need is a current flight instructor certificate, an accident and incident free teaching history, agree to and sign the Terms of Service Agreement and the Non-Solicitation, Non-Disclosure, and Confidentiality Agreement, and possess a LOVE for aviation! After we take a short checkout flight with you and evaluate some of your ground based knowledge, you're on board! Since we operate web based, with little overhead, the school only takes $10.00 per hour of instruction given from the standard rate schedules, the rest is yours! Best of all, every one of our flight instructors is an independant contractor, so no taxes are taken out of your checks, and it is left up to you to run like a business. All payments are made in your name on our website, and checks are mailed once each week.
